I only use Invoices, which will be sent to the client’s paypal address.

I offer either Full Upfront Payment or Full Payment after the sketch. Let me know which you’d prefer.

I don’t offer full refunds. A partial refund may be discussed but only if the sketch has not been approved yet.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

No written description. I will need visual references. Even rough sketches help.

I retain the rights of the image. I can use it on any of my social media and to promote my work.

You may absolutely NOT use the artwork for commercial use

unless you buy a license!

Licenses start at 25€ but the price depends on how much you assume you’ll sell and how much work the initial image was. These have to be discussed.

Do not claim the artwork as your own!

You may upload the artwork to your social media channel or on twitch, etc. as long as you don’t claim you made it.

Crediting me is not necessary but very appreciated!

Major changes after the sketch has been approved will result in additional fees. Please make sure you are happy with the sketch! I don’t bite, I love to hear feedback.

On that note, minor changes, like adding something or changing colors are fine, because those aren’t always visible in the sketch. Just don’t make me redraw an entire pose, etc.

You may request the art to be done by a deadline but no tight deadlines like a week. I work fulltime and don’t have that kind of capacity.

Do NOT hassle me about the status of your commission. I’m usually pretty good at communication but I do not tolerate daily asking. It makes me uncomfortable and will make me not want to work with you again.

I do not accept cryptocurrency as a payment method.

Contact me via E-mail/Twitter DM/Discord. Make sure to write important info in your first message, I generally do not respond to a single ‘Hi’.

Example: Hi! I saw your commissions are open and I was interested in X option with Character A [link].

We discuss your concrete commission idea.

I will send you an invoice (unless you chose the sketch first then payment option). After the payment is received I will start working.

I will send you a sketch for you to request changes on or approve! (Step 2 in case of sketch first then payment option)

After the sketch has been approved I will finish the image as I see fit! You may ask for updates if it takes longer than usual, but do NOT spam me.

After finishing the picture I will send you a preview and once that is approved, I’ll send you the full High Res file, either via cloud or, if requested, per e-mail.
